These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the SFXLab mobile application (“Application”) and any related services provided by Tayyip Güzel (“Service Provider”, “we”, “us”). By downloading or using SFXLab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the Application.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SFXLab. By using the Application, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

SFXLab and all its content, including generated audio, design, and code, are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider.

You are responsible for the security of your device and any actions taken under your account.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
SFXLab offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time credit purchases to generate AI-based sound effects.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings.
- No refunds are issued for unused periods unless required by law.
5. Third-Party Services
SFXLab uses third-party SDKs and APIs to enable its features. These services may collect anonymous technical data according to their own policies:

6. Network and Performance
An active internet connection is required to generate or download sound effects.
You are responsible for any data charges that may apply.

7. Generated Content and Intellectual Property
The sounds created by SFXLab are generated using artificial intelligence models.
You retain the right to use, export, and share sounds you create for personal or commercial use.

- Illegal or infringing material,
- Violent, hateful, or adult content,
- Sounds that violate the rights of others.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or for illegal or harmful activity.
